About the Instructor:
Ashley Smith is the creator of Sacred Community Nourishment. She is a woman who wears many hats as a mamma, healing artist, health enthusiast, homesteader, mentor, and a self taught cook who loves to collaborate and share with others what I learn and practice. She created Sacred Community Nourishment because she believe food is a sacred bridge to ourselves, each other, and the earth. Cooking, our relationship to food, and the communities we break bread with are deeply sacred. How she interacts with food in her daily life is both practical and magical. When she teaches classes, she is sharing more than her techniques, she is also sharing how to weave magic into the mundane in an effort to improve life. Ashley loves gathering with groups and cooking together because as a community we can expand feelings of joy and connection while developing confidence and skills.
