• Your favourite mug to drink cacao

How to prepare for the cacao:
(This is so the cacao can be quickly absorbed, enabling you to go deeper into your journey.)

• Recommendation: Please avoid caffeinated drinks, such as coffee, caffeinated teas, energy drinks, and alcoholic drinks, on the day of the event.
• Drink plenty of water before and after the ceremony to stay hydrated.
• Do not eat heavy food at least 2 hours before the event.
