Joy is different from being “happy.” Happiness is a fleeting feeling, but touching and stirring up joy within our being is a daily practice we claim by fueling our bodies with the proper kindling. Dance, movement, music, laughter, and breath all allow us direct access to joyful states, regardless of what else is present in our bodies and our lives. Joy as choice, joy as movement, joy as intention, joy as our human right - Come kindle your joy fuel on Sunday with your Sacred Circle community!
