Wind gusting, rain sheeting, leaves falling, has Winter arrived early this year? You might also have complicated feelings around this holiday which are leaving you feeling tender and vulnerable. While we cannot always affect the greater world, we can appreciate the things we have; like a body that can move, the rhythm and heartbeat of the dance, and of course — your fellow dancers.
