~ Ancestral Appreciation ~
This Sunday you are invited to observe, sense, and dance with your relationship to the Ancestors and loved ones who have passed, welcoming the Gratitude, Grief, Celebrations, and Complexities. We honor the patterns we cherish and invite empowered choice around those we're ready to shift. As we move deeper into Autumn, what wants to be honored, released, and expressed through the body? We are all becoming the ancestors of tomorrow.
