Sacred Circle: Cacao Ceremony & Meditation

If you hear the calling to join like minded individuals to share space in a sacred circle, then this message is for you.

Come and experience a celebration of being in alignment with your inner being and the greater universe.

Cacao is considered the “food of the gods” or “heart-blood” and it is a catalyst for us to restore our balance and connection to our higher self.

Our evening will include a ceremonial grade Cacao ritual, both guided and mindfulness meditation, music and a safe space for optional sharing.

The flow of the event:

• Sage Smudging on arrival
• Cacao Ceremony*
• Meditation
• Music Circle
• Sacred Sharing (optional)

What to bring:

• Yoga Mat or Towel
• Pillow & Blanket
• Water
• Instrument (drum, maracas, tambourine, bells etc - if possible, I have some available)

*Please note a ceremonial dose of Cacao is not recommended for people with Heart conditions, extremely high blood pressure, or if you are pregnant. A lower dose is recommended. If you wish to attend and have any of the described conditions, you can do so, but will need to advise me so I can give you a lower amount of Cacao.

About Bespoke Rituals

Emma the creator of Bespoke Rituals is a trained celebrant who felt the call to bring likeminded people together to delve into the nature of reality. Its about gathering to enjoy discussion, participating in sacred rituals and to meditate and enjoy our own connection to our inner-being, all while meeting and sharing with others in a circle space.

Every 2 weeks we gather, once a month we have a Sacred Circle, which will dive into a topic of a spiritual nature. The second gathering is Full Moon orientated, working with the energies to raise our vibration and manifest. So if you wish to, you can join us regularly.
