Join Ruby Z., Owner and Operator of Shakti Yoga for a sacred evening of connection with like minded women. Women around the world are turning to ritual as a way of seeing more clearly & bringing the sacred to the mundane. Women are forgiving themselves and others, moving on for heartache and bringing closure to past trauma. A simple breath, an intention and a community for support can open the gateway to so much beauty, healing and love. Please bring a journal and pen. We will begin with introductions over snacks + tea, proceed with yoga + meditation, follow up with journaling, break for more snacks + water, end with dharma sharing and closing ceremony. This events will be about 75 minutes.
