Sacred Cacao Ceremony /Sound Healing / Yin Yoga

We are delighted to announce that our Sacred Cacao Ceremony with Sound Healing and Yin Yoga will be held on the 1st of June from 5PM- 6:30PM at The Hot Spot Yoga, Parsons Green.

Discover the profound world of Sacred Cacao Ceremonies, where ancient tradition meets modern healing. Our ceremony, rooted in intention and collective energies, invites participants to immerse themselves in soothing sounds and vibrations while indulging in the unique and heart-opening properties of the Sacred Cacao with our brazilian Shamanic Practitioner and Reiki Healer Manuela Renard.

Let go of stress and tension as you flow through gentle yin yoga poses focusing on opening the heart chakra and solar plexus, allowing for deep relaxation and restoration with Shona Langridge, who has 10 years of experince of teaching yoga.

This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to nourish your mind, body, and soul and connect with your inner selves, experiencing heightened blissful healing senses that already exist inside us, it's time to awaken and take care of it- always returning to our roots and our hearts. How to prepare for the Ceremony:
-Cups will be provided by the team
- Yoga mats and Yoga blocks will be provided by the team

What to bring to the Ceremony:

-Wear comfortable clothing
-Bring you own water bottle
-Bring a journal or notepad to write down any insights or intentions for the ceremony
-Bring a cozy blanket or anything to rest your head upon during the beginning of the ceremony before the Yin Yoga flow.
