1. Opening Circle We gather in safe space, set intentions, and open our hearts to the healing and alignment that we are calling in.
2. Breath Journey🌬️ A guided breathwork session designed to calm your nervous system, move stagnant energy, and unlock inner clarity. includes vocal toning.
3. Soundbath 🎶Crystal bowls, gong and drum medicine frequencies wash over you, realigning your energy and guiding you into profound relaxation.
4. Closing Circle We integrate the experience, share reflections, and close with gratitude.

What to Bring⬇️

• Yoga mat or blanket – something cozy to lie on during breath & sound.

• Pillow/bolster – for extra comfort and support.
• Water bottle – staying hydrated helps the body release and restore.
• Journal & pen – to capture insights, visions, or reflections after the journey.
• Comfortable clothing – loose and breathable to support deep relaxation.
• An open heart & intention – your willingness to release stress and receive healing.
• ✨ Optional: eye mask, crystals, or any sacred item you’d like to have in the circle with you.
