In this powerful workshop we will discuss why the sacrum holds so much trauma and power, how to release both, and what this has to do with connecting to God/Creator/Source energy.
And best yet, we will do it all together in guided, self-intuitive dance movements that will open the sacrum and reconnect you with the body and the soul, as we let the music and movement guide us.
This isn’t just for the ladies!
