We’ll begin by creating a meaningful keepsake through a simple reflective art activity, giving form to the dreams, qualities, and intentions you wish to cultivate in your life. Next part is a playful somatic movement practice that brings the journey of a planted intention to life, awakening the body and visualization. We will close with an immersive guided meditation, inviting you to experience your own sacred blossoming through imagery and sensation - growing from a seed, expanding into light, blossoming with gratitude, and fruiting with Love. Leave feeling grounded, inspired, and deeply connected to the possibilities taking root within you, carrying home both your handcrafted creation and a renewed sense of intention for the season ahead.
