Sacred Arts Tour
This tour is an educational and spiritual offering to communities across the United States through
sacred rituals, the creation of intricate sand mandalas, Mala bead workshop, cultural
performances and teachings on compassion and peace.
The Scared Arts Tour is a cultural and spiritual outreach program led by Tibetan Buddhist monks
from Drepung Gomang Monastic University in South India. The primary goal of the tour is to raise
awareness and financial support for over 2000 monks currently living, studying and practicing at
the University.
Everyone is Welcome to witness the creation of the sand mandala, attend teachings and prayer
ceremonies, meet the monks and participate in the Mala bead workshop.
