Sacred Art Circle

We will meet in the café area of the north light gallery where I will collect you and guide you to studio 6 upstairs

We will be drawing on our inner guide to build confidence and explore our emotional wellbeing through Art Making

We will begin with a grounding exercise followed by some art activities to free you up and release any fears around making

You will then have time to make at your own pace I will be here to help if you feel any blocks

The session will be supported with gentle music and is floor and wall based.

We will then gather to reflect and share followed by a gentle meditation before you leave.

Please bring clean indoor footwear

Any extra blankets and cushions for your comfort

Please leave bags in your car so we can use as much space as possible

Rebecca is a qualified Art Psychotherapist with 11years experience helping people use art to support their emotional and physical wellbeing.
