Sacred Alchemy is a 2-hour ceremonial healing experience devoted to emotional release, heart opening, nervous system restoration, and coming home to yourself through the integration of ceremonial cacao, breathwork, yin yoga,
Reiki energy healing, meditation, and intentional stillness.
In a world that constantly asks us to keep going, Sacred Alchemy is an invitation to pause. To soften. To unravel gently. To create space within yourself for whatever is ready to be felt, witnessed, moved, or released.
We will begin the evening in ceremony with heart-opening cacao, a sacred plant medicine traditionally used to deepen presence, intention, connection, and emotional openness. From there, guided breathwork will support energetic movement and emotional release within the body, allowing space for what has been held quietly beneath the surface to rise with compassion and awareness.
As the journey continues, we will move into a deeply grounding yin yoga practice accompanied by Reiki energy healing, calming the nervous system while creating space for restoration, surrender, and energetic clearing. Meditation, music, silence, and moments of reflection will be woven throughout the evening, with open space available for journaling, integration, and simply being with yourself exactly as you are.
This experience is not about fixing yourself.
It is not about performing healing.
It is about softening enough to hear yourself again.
You may laugh, cry, rest, release, breathe deeply, or simply receive. All of you is welcome here.
No prior experience with yoga, breathwork, cacao, or Reiki is necessary. This offering is open to all levels.
Please bring:
• A journal + pen
• Water
• Comfortable layers
• Anything that helps you feel grounded, safe, and supported
