Sacramento’s central hub for Latinx Art, Culture and the Spanish Language, CASA de ESPAÑOL, will be hosting a FREE evening night market and festival highlighting Mexican cuisine and gastronomy on Saturday, August 13, 2022 from 6:30-10:30 pm.
In collaboration with Cielito Lindo Catering, this will be an evening to celebrate one of Mexico’s oldest traditional foods, MOLE (moh-leh), a prehispanic dish that mixes various chiles, chocolate, seeds and nuts creating a plethora of delicious sauces to cook with all types of Mexican delights both sweet and savory.
This event held at 11th & R Street will showcase food, music, dance and local artists. Guests will have the opportunity to listen and dance to music, as well as sample a couple of the MOLES for FREE, or a full plate to try ALL EIGHT for $35.
100% of the proceeds from the food and bar will benefit a local charity.
