Reconnect with your body’s wisdom and awaken the flow of creative, sensual energy in this immersive belly dancing workshop centered on the sacral chakra. The experience begins with a welcoming talk on the roots and cultural history of belly dance, exploring its deep connection to the root and sacral chakras.
You’ll be guided through a gentle progression: grounding meditation, fluid movement meditation, and soft yoga to open the body.
The session then flows into beginner-friendly belly dance instruction—combining form, flow, and feminine expression. We’ll close with reflective space to integrate the experience and honor the energy you’ve stirred.
No prior dance or yoga experience needed. Be sure to bring water, wear comfortable clothes, and yoga mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
