SacAnime 2025 Summer TournamentMeeting Rooms 9 - 11
Signups start at 11am and close at 12:30pm
Friday: Rumble (Free For All Derby) 24 slots
• Combatants must sign up and lock in their weapon selection for the tournament.
• 24 combatants will be split into 3 groups of 8 to form “HEATS.”
• HEAT 1-3 will fight for 5 minutes or until there are only 2 combatants remaining.
• The first 3 combatants eliminated in each HEAT will be knocked out of the tournament.
• The next 3 combatants eliminated will be added into a 4th HEAT for a final chance to enter into HEAT 5.
• The final 2 combatants will be added directly to the final 5th HEAT.
• If the time runs out during a HEAT Sentinels will determine who continues on based on wounds and participation in kills.
• During HEAT 5 combatants will fight until the 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners are determined.
• This tournament is a FREE FOR ALL, but that does not forbid combatants from teaming up temporarily.
Saturday: Solo Progression (Proven) 18 slots
• 18 combatants will be split into groups of 3 and have one fight against a Kuroheim brother to prove their entry into the tournament bracket.
• The Kuroheim brothers will be allowed to use whatever armor and weapon loadout they wish while fighting their group of 3.
• The group of combatants are allowed 1 Shield, Red, and Blue loadout to be used between them.
• If all 3 combatants are defeated in the fight, they do not continue on to the bracket.
• If the Kuroheim brother is defeated in the fight all combatants of the group will be added to the tournament bracket.
• The rest of the tournament will be a 4 round : Best of 2 : Single Elimination bracket showcasing their skills in various weapons.
Round 1: Shields
Round 2: Reds
Round 3: Pikes
Round 4: Katanas
• Before the final 2 combatants fight for 1st and 2nd place in Round 4, the eliminated combatants from Round 3 will fight for 3rd place using Katanas.

Sunday: Duos (Crazy 8s) 16 teams
• Combatants must sign up in pairs to form a duo team and lock in their weapon selection for rounds 3 and 4.
• The tournament will be a 4 Round : Best of 2 : Single Elimination bracket showcasing their teamwork and skills with various weapons.
• During the first 2 rounds of the tournament, teams will be paired into groups of 4 combatants and assigned random weapons.
• Both paired up teams on the winning side will continue on to the next round regardless of who is left standing.
• During rounds 3 and 4, assigned teams of 2 will fight using their pre-selected weapons.
• Before the final 2 teams fight for 1st and 2nd place in Round 4, the eliminated teams from Round 3 will fight for 3rd place using their pre-selected weapons.
