Welcome to your Short n' Sweet x Man's Best Friend Ride!
Join us at Gymbox Victoria for a gorgeous SABRINA CARPENTER themed spin class! We'll be celebrating all our fave songs from Sab's blockbuster breakout album Short n' Sweet aas well as her recent smash Man's Best Friend!! The ride will be approx 55 minutes in length but we'll be together slightly longer, for around an hour including set up/cool down.
Anti-diet culture, jiggly dance party on a bike. The focus will be on how we feel and reconnecting with the joy of movement. This is an all ability ride, whether it's your first ride or your 1000th you are so welcome!

(Ash Rides London classes are offered using a sliding scale for pricing. The actual cost of the class is £18 and tickets listed below that price are limited. QUICK GUIDE TO THE SLIDING SCALE
*The top price ticket is the actual cost of the class. If you choose a ticket price below the top tier you are receiving a discount. We have called this option 'Espresso'.
*The middle price is for those who are able to meet their basic needs but have little-to-no expendable income. Paying for this class may qualify as a sacrifice but it would not create hardship. We have called this option 'Manchild'.
*The bottom price is for those who struggle to meet their basic needs and paying for this class would be a significant hardship. We have called this option 'Juno'.
*For folx who are unable to pay anything, please email us at [email protected], there are a handful of no cost bikes available in every ride.
There are a small number of bikes in every ride which are priced higher than the actual cost of the class. These are solidarity tickets which allow those with the means to do so to 'pay it forward' and subsidise the lower/no cost tickets. We have called these tickets 'Sugar Talking'.
(Please note we cannot offer refunds, but if you're unable to make it, let us know at least 48 hours ahead of the class and we'll do what we can to transfer your ticket to another Ash Rides London class, subject to availability)!
