Sabor y Pasión in the Battery

The Musical Theatre department at NYFA is thrilled to announce a captivating evening of music and dance honoring over 80 years of Latin music and its profound impact on American culture. Join us as we celebrate our “sabor y pasión por nuestros sonidos!” - a vibrant exploration of this dynamic genre, showcasing its evolution from the 1940's fusion of Latin and Jazz to the contemporary sounds of Reggaeton and tropical music...all infused with a musical theatre twist! The live performance will feature talented students, faculty and alumni from NYFA’s Musical Theater program, representing not only Latin America but also a diverse array of countries from around the globe.

When you arrive to the building, proceed up the illuminated stairs and into the lobby. Once in the lobby, use the elevators on the right side to the 1st floor. When you arrive on the first floor, proceed through the glass doors on your left.
