Kaley Sirak Harder is the Chief of Staff at f7 Ventures, an early-stage venture firm focused on backing exceptional operators who are becoming the next generation of founders. Before joining f7, Kaley was a Product Manager at Raft and spent eight years in the U.S. Air Force as an intelligence officer and team leader. She also holds an MBA and PMP.
At f7 Ventures, the team brings an operator-first approach to investing, with a focus on the Future of Work and Consumer Utility and a belief that periods of major technological and behavioral change create opportunities for category-defining companies. f7 is currently deploying capital from its second fund.
