Let’s be honest, this time of the year sucks. It’s cold, everyone is skint after Christmas and nonsense like ‘Dry’ January / New Years Resolutions just serve to weaken us further by creating a pathway to failure. Whilst we cannot offer a solution, we can offer some respite in the form of:
Steve Malley & Raymond MacDonald
The debut performance of a new duo featuring the innovative guitar playing of Steve Malley (The Unit Ama, The Horse Loom & S.A. Mallety) and renowned saxophonist and composer Raymond MacDonald. Bouncing between freewheeling improvisation, instant composition, dissonance and melody, this will be one for both the head and the heart. Raymond played with Jer Reid recently at JT Soar and they were both absolutely out there.
Either/Or..
Either/Or.. is a solo project from Ellis Blake of Weird Fields and Krupps. Neu age old age electronic folk musick for Deep Heads...
Plus Kittiwake DJs (Ed, Dave and Danny in this guise). Perfect.
Lucky last minute thing that will be great.
