[S3 Special Location] Zen Wick and Flow w/ Erica + Melissa

A soothing fusion of candle-making, gentle movement, and mindfulness. This creative wellness workshop invites participants to slow down, connect with their senses, and craft their own intention candle while flowing through light stretches and guided reflection.

• August 24 & Sept 28; Sundays 10:50 am - 12:30 pm
• Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a warm blanket or shawl. You’ll be removing your shoes for all sessions, so cozy socks are encouraged. During breathwork, it’s normal to feel slightly light-headed—this is part of the process. Most sessions can be translated into Spanish if needed.
