• Each team will play 2 Matches every week
• Matches will be played with a 20 minute time limit. You will play as many games as you can within the 20 minutes. The team with the most Games won in the 20 minutes will win the match.
• Each Team must have at least 3 female players at the start of each game.
• Referees have the final say
• Do not argue with or disrespect the refs. Arguing with the ref or disrespecting them will cause you to be suspended for a game. Continuous misbehavior towards the ref will result in a suspension of the matches for the rest of the night. Repeat offenders will be removed from the league without a refund.
**STRICTLY ENFORCED**
• If you disagree with a referee’s call, you cannot overturn it but are welcome to file a complaint with S3. Everyone is human and can make a bad call every now and then. This happens even in pro sports. However, if it is determined to be an ongoing issue, we will need to address it with the referee.
• No fighting or excessive foul language. Fighting will not be tolerated. If fighting occurs the parties involved will be removed from the league without a refund. This is a social league meant to promote friendly competition and provide a welcoming environment for all.
**STRICTLY ENFORCED**
• 8 Balls per court. 4 balls will be lined up at the center court line on both sides of the court at the beginning of each game. when the whistle sounds each team will send 2 players(runners) to grab the balls on the right side of their court only. balls must be brought back to the starting line before being thrown. All players must remain at the rear boundary line until the runners get all 4 balls to the starting line.
• the outside lines of the court and the half court line will be considered the boundaries. If a player steps on or goes beyond the boundary, they are out.
• A player is considered out if a ball contacts any part of their body, hair, or clothing from a throw without hitting the ground, wall, net, or another player.
• A player is safe from being out if the ball bounces off of the player and another teammate catches it before it makes contact with the ground. The thrower is not out.
• A player may block balls thrown at them with another ball. If the ball deflects from a ball but makes contact with the body, hair or clothing of the blocking player, that player is out. If the ball is deflected without contacting the blocker's body, hair or clothing, the player is not out.
• A player throwing the ball is out if the target catches the ball or the ball bounces off of a player and the same player catches the ball before it hits the ground. If the ball thrown hits the netting first then someone catches the ball the thrower is not out. If the target gets hit and the ball bounces up into the netting and it is caught the target is not out.
• NO SQUISHING or FLATTENING OF THE BALLS! Any player caught doing this is automatically out as well as the player to their immediate right. The first time is a warning and you will sit for the rest of the match. The 2nd offense will be a suspension from the league until a fine of $35 is paid to replace the ball. This is for the safety of all players and prevent the balls from being ruined.
**STRICTLY ENFORCED**
• All out players need to exit the court at the nearest boundary line immediately by walking straight to and out of the boundary line closest to them in the most direct path avoiding walking in front of team mates. All out players must line up in the designated Out area..
• Only one Player out of all the out players can fetch out of bounds balls. Max of 8 balls per court. Players can roll balls to their teammates that are still in but only from the back line.
• If one team has all of the balls or one side has no balls, the team with the balls will need to throw a ball at the opposing team within 5 seconds or they will lose a player. Balls must be thrown, no rolling to the other team.
