[S3 N. River] Breathe & Believe: Breathwork + Guided Visualization w/ Erica

A calming breathwork session designed to reduce anxiety, increase clarity, and promote emotional healing. Participants engage in rhythmic breathing, guided visualization, and optional journaling for deeper self-awareness and inner peace.

• July 22 - Sept 25 (No sessions 8/5, 8/7, 8/12, 8/14, 9/11) Thursday 1 pm
• Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a warm blanket or shawl. You’ll be removing your shoes for all sessions, so cozy socks are encouraged. During breathwork, it’s normal to feel slightly light-headed—this is part of the process. Most sessions can be translated into Spanish if needed.
