Enjoy a beautiful Sound Journey with the four elements: water, air, earth, and ether. A Sun Chao gong will be the main actor in this Special, backed up by bells, singing bowls, rain sticks and many other different traditional instruments, that will help you to immerse into a journey of sounds.As we let sound wash over the body, we go on a journey together experiencing all kinds of states. Maybe you just fly away dreaming, maybe you get clearer insight, maybe you experience a form of release, or maybe you fall into a state between sleep and being awake – the sound journey will always bring you what you need the most.
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
Mirjam Hertig: "Since 2019 i've been a sound healing practitioner in both ceremonies, private sound healings, sound healings for groups, sound healing in combination with Breathwork and the Wim hof Method. When I play for people, I can give each one of them their own journey into their own magical world – and this is exactly what I love so much about it. Because it brings one back to their own heart."
