In this Rört Special we will explore the meeting points of embodiment and creative writing. Through a series of playful and experimental exercises we will allow the body to speak to us through text and – vice versa – let words and writing influence the perception of our bodies. No experience is needed. All levels and every body is welcome!

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Mads Ananda Lodahl is a holistic bodyworker as well as a fiction writer and he likes to hang out in the state where these two practices meet. Creativity + embodiment. He has been giving workshops for more than 15 years and his main focus is to create a frame for play and curiosity through safety and courage.
