Ready to Teach and Deepen Your Yoga Practice?
Are you curious about how to lead a safe and effective Yoga class? Do you feel called to immerse yourself in the Yoga community and take your personal practice to the next level?
Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) is designed to help you do just that.
We’ll explore how to lead Yoga classes with confidence, compassion, and clarity. And when the training is complete, you can decide how you'd like to share your practice—whether that means teaching professionally or simply deepening your own journey.
More Than a Certification: A Deep Dive Into Yoga Philosophy and Self-Discovery
As your lead trainer, my goal is to guide you into your own self-knowledge and practice through the ancient philosophies of Yoga, while also equipping you to become a thoughtful and prepared Yoga teacher.
When we become Yoga teachers, we become stewards of the practice; guardians of a tradition that encompasses wellness on all levels, not just a physical workout.
Why Choose This YTT?
There are many options for Yoga Teacher Training, and they all have value. Online trainings offer convenience and flexibility, but I believe there's something truly transformative about in-person, small group training.
With a maximum of 6 students, my training offers:
Direct access to the lead teacher (me!)
A tight-knit community and peer support
Personal attention and individualized feedback
Real-time practice with diverse bodies and abilities
