3. You find small group learning to be more supporting of your learning style and wish to learn from a teacher that has immersed herself in the art of mentoring and teaching for over 20 years.
W H A T ?
A 150-220 hour deep dive into Yoga styles that support well-being, build resilience and promote stress reduction.
If you opt to study the full 200h hours, you will study 10 days on-site or via live-stream and in addition approx 10 days via our online platform.
If you are someone who would like to deepen their knowledge in yoga but not become a teacher, you can study Parts 1 and 2 for £600
The full 200h training costs £800 for students who have basic anatomical knowledge.
We offer a plug-in anatomy training by world renown teacher Leslie Kaminoff as an extra for £180.
In our 200h hours we will focus our anatomy studies in functional anatomy 20h total

There are two ways of attending this training:
1. On-site in a group of maximum of 6 students
2. Through live-stream, joining the on-site group from the comfort of your own home

Parts 1 and 2 £600, paid in three instalments
Parts 1-4 £800, paid in four instalments
Anatomy Extra, paid in one £180 instalment
RYT200, £800 payment includes:
10 days of on-site/live-stream studies (total 60h)
Online learning (videos, audio, practice, theory) (total 100h)
2 mentoring group zoom calls (total 3h)
15 classes taught by student+planning (total 22h)
10 classes observed/assisted by student+report (total 15-20h)

Clare Gates-Sjöblom E-RYT500
? Background in YIN:
a senior student of Paul Grilley and a long time practitioner of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine
Her journey in yoga started decades ago with Astanga and transitioned through Hatha to Yin quite quickly.
Her passion for Chinese Medicine has been there since childhood and it was only natural to choose yin as her practice due to the connection.
Her studies in both yin yoga, yoga therapy and Chinese medicine continue because she is passionate about learning
? Background in RESTORATIVE:
Clare's main teacher is the founder on restorative yoga, Judith Hanson-Lasater. She will be accompanied in this section of the training with her colleagues Mark Ruck and Henry Morgan who are long time students of Anna Ashby and Adelene Cheong
? Background in NIDRA:
Clare's main teachers are Uma Dinmore Tuli and James Reeves.
