NEW DATE - Sunday April 10thCome out in support of Ryder's fight against cancer!
An event will be hosted at Iron Smoke Distillery from 1-5 pm to raise funds to assist with Ryder's road to recovery. We will have both raffles and a silent auction of items donated by local businesses! Further details regarding the raffle and auction donations will be posted to the event as they are available.
For those who are unaware of Ryder's story:
On September 8th, 2021 doctors discovered a mass located at the base of Ryder's skull. He was diagnosed with Clival Chordoma, an incredibly rare form of cancer. Ryder's journey back to full health led him to a surgeon at Pittsburgh Children's Hospital, where he underwent surgery to remove the mass. Complications kept him hospitalized for weeks as his surgeons worked diligently to ensure the repairs were successful. Ryder is home now and beginning the next chapter of his story, his recovery.
He still has a long road ahead but the support from the community has been amazing! Let's continue prayers for Ryder's health and continue to support this amazing family!
