Rydal / Grasmere 'Wildswim & Walk'
Sunday 14th December, 10-2pm

On this wildswim & walk we will be walking to the Rydal cave then onto Grasmere through some of the most picturesque scenery in the lakes. There will the option to dip in Grasmere and Rydal Water and you'll be sharing the walk and dip with a small group of like-minded dippers.
Plan for the experience lasting 4-5 hours in total. The walk does have elevation and uneven ground.
You will need:-
Dip kit
Swim shoes crucial due to the rocky entry
Warm drink / lunch
Medication if relevant
Walking boots
Water proofs
Rucksack ( shoulder bags not ideal)
Please note that the water temperature will be around 8-10 degrees so dress appropriately accordingly and note sturdy footwear with ankle support for the uneven trail paths.
