You’re invited to join Avenue 360 Health & Wellness for our Consumer Advisory Board (CAB) meeting—a welcoming, supportive space where your voice truly matters.

This gathering is an opportunity for individuals who have received Ryan White services at Avenue 360 to share their experiences, offer feedback, and help us improve the care and services we provide. Whether your experience has been positive, challenging, or somewhere in between, we want to hear from you.

We are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care, and your input helps guide that work. The meeting will include open conversation, a short survey, and time to connect in a respectful, affirming environment.

✨ Lunch will be provided, and Lyft transportation is available to and from the clinic (advance scheduling required).

This event is only open to clients who have received Ryan White services at Avenue 360 Health & Wellness.
