Strider is thrilled to support the Ryan Dungey Foundation's "Opportunity Awaits", a ride day for everyone, on Saturday, September 18, at Fox Raceway in Pala, California. Riding opportunities will be organized by various age groups, with an additional opportunity to show your support as a "virtual rider".
The Foundation was founded by Ryan Dungey, a former pro racer most notable for winning every major title in American Motocross and Supercross, who has shown boundless support for children who need it most, saying "no matter who they are, or what situation they might find themselves in, our youth will show us what they're capable of, as long as they're provided an opportunity to do so."
The Ryan Dungey Foundation has two beneficiaries: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and All Kids Bike. Because of the joy and successes that being on two wheels brought Ryan, from his early youth and throughout his career, his desire to share that passion with others led him to a connection with All Kids Bike, an organization that teaches kindergarteners how to ride a bike in PE class. Ryan hopes to cultivate the next generation’s ability to discover their own passions, by providing them with the opportunity to engage in one of childhood’s most rewarding experiences.
Dungey is also joining the quest to find a cure for cancer alongside St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, bringing smiles and optimism to affected youth all over the country and generating crucial funds for continued research, as well as donating Strider Bikes to children that need it for therapy or to simply brighten up their day!

1. Register! As a virtual attendee, or in person at Fox Raceway in Pala. Experienced riders will enjoy one of the premier tracks in Southern California while kids will have the chance to climb aboard a variety of demo bikes from event supporters KTM, STACYC, and Strider. Best of all, with your support, the valuable funds raised will further drive our commitment to helping children live a healthy lifestyle and support the fight against childhood cancer.
2. Join Our Team! When you register be sure to join “Team Strider,” not only so we can show our support as a Strider community, but also because every $10 in registration and/or donation will put contributors into a drawing for a chance to win one of three awesome prizes:

Our team goal is to raise $5,000 which is enough to fund one school learn-to-ride program for 5 years. By using coupon code “STRIDER15” at registration as a virtual attendee, it will take $15 off your registration fee. Making it only $10, which is the price of teaching one child to ride through All Kids Bike.
