Ryan is a re-toucher & finisher in the Entertainment industry from the Acadiana area. Growing up in the small town of Church Point, Louisiana, Ryan loved to watch cartoons, movies, read the mini comics that came with his Masters of the Universe figures, and watch Saints games with his Dad. It was the 80s, a decade when arguably the best toys were created and sword and sorcery, adventure, & science fiction movies seem to reign supreme. Today’s Ryan’s artwork is inspired by his childhood experiences and enhanced by his 15+ years delivering corporate projects and college athletic multimedia.
His art usually features strong female protagonists in a fantasy / science fiction or horror environment. Like the heroines of his art, Ryan is on a lifelong quest to master new techniques, dedicated to pushing the creative envelope.
Each piece is another step in the never-ending process of learning through experience, failures, and successes.
