Enjoy light refreshments along with great conversation at this holiday-themed networking experience. Also, for anyone who would like to participate, please bring a gift for the white elephant gift exchange! (But participation in the exchange is not mandatory.)

Serendipity Labs flexible office space in Rochester – located in the newly renovated and iconic Xerox Building – offers inspiring views in a great downtown location and is a more cost-effective alternative to a traditional office for rent.
Rochester residents and young professionals will find inspiration at work in this reanimated landmark in the center of Rochester’s thriving downtown Innovation Zone. A five-minute drive to theaters, restaurants, and breweries, combined with a professional network of members, provides the perfect escape from the home office.
Directions for parking and for entering Serendipity Labs:
Entrance… is on the east side of the building with the overhead and driveway loop in front of the building. Cross streets are East Broadway Street and Chestnut Street.
Parking… Street parking can be found on E. Broad Street or Chestnut Street, and is free after 6 pm. Also, a parking garage is connected to Innovation Square (enter through Chestnut Street or Court Street). Door access is motion-sensor controlled. Enter the garage and press for a ticket at the gate. Park on any level (orange, green, purple). Walk up stairs to the lobby and check in with the security desk, who will provide you access to the 24th floor.
**Parking towards the Theatre at Innovation Square will provide you with an elevator to use to the street level, and from there you can walk to the front of the building, where the security team sits.**
