RVA Racing Tacky Light Ride is on again! But this time we are changing it up. The LADIES are in charge and we are redirecting to the city. We have an awesome route and plenty of shenanigans planned!
ROUTE & PACE:
We have a great route planned between 10-15 miles and includes a few hill. Lots of decorated homes on this route that will include a mix of the Tacky Light Tour and some that take “festive” to the extreme!
This is a fun ride, so our pace will be "casual" meaning social pace with plenty of stops to take in all the scenery. No one is dropped and the pack will be seeded with RVA Racing Team riders throughout to keep us all together. If needed, we will try to break us into two groups. A and B. A group will be considered riders who ride consistently and can keep steady pace. B group will be the real party pace, slow rolling but moving. Ideally we will keep everyone together by adding side roads/hill intervals and other fun shenanigans for the A group while we wait for B to keep up.
ROUTE: Shhhh we are still piecing it together to make it the best ever!!
MEETUP: Byrd Park Lot! Meet at 6pm, 6:30pm best costume/setup costume, 7pm we are rolling!!
LET’S LIGHT IT UP:
Lights are required for this one … crazy sweaters and ornaments optional! Deck out that bike too, there may be prizes for "best dressed" person and bike. We will be on main roads so the more lit up the better!!!
RIDER SUPPORT: You are your own support! This is important and I say this because past events have led to people bringing bikes which haven’t seen out of the garage for years. Make sure your rig is ready to roll and properly maintained.
POST RIDE:
Post ride Shenanigans are still being planned. Once we have it figured out we will post the deets. But expect we will have arranged some drink and appetizer specials for our crew!

DISCLAIMER:
There is simply no way to ever have a large group event without some drama - someone gets lost, someone thinks the pace is too fast, someone pukes on the top of a hill, etc. We will do our very best to reduce the drama but it can never be eliminated.
