Chic and Rustic

Date: July 11, 2021

Venue: Double S Red Barn

Location: Ocala, Florida

Time: 3 hour shoot time

Tickets: $150 per person per 3 hour time slot

The Shoot:

At the end of the 3 hour shoot time, photographers will be able to go home with the look of 3-4 different weddings. Photographers will rotate through stations during the three hour shoot time. Photographers may feel free to be creative with posing and moving models within the station area.

The stations (possibly more to follow) with a bride, groom, bridesmaid and/or couple ready to be posed at them:

Bridal Portraits

– inside the rustic barn with wooden walls, weathered tin ceilings, twinkle lights, a chandelier, and a small bar area. There will be sets with a mirror, tractor seats, floral trellis, and a rustic decorated wooden china cabinet.

Front porch:

-a rustic wooden front porch with benches, wooden chairs, potted plants, a small wooden wagon, and assorted farm type décor on walls. Very country rustic, perfect for building a country bliss portfolio.

-floral swing for bridal portraits

Outdoors:

-Posing options such as beautiful tree, farm fences, open green with cows in background, open green with the barn in background, flowery chair, floral ladder, etc.

Stylized Picnic:

-themed picnic set up complete with a beautifully set table, pillows, and themed decor

Details and Flat Lay

- invitation suite, shoes and/or boots, rings, jewelry, flowers, & and assorted detail accessories to let you have fun with your creativity

Reception

- This station will feature a reception table, a wedding cake and cupcake area and additional themed table.

Free-standing Porch swing

- a floral decorated outdoor free-standing porch swing, with an open field farm setting as background

Our Wardrobe

We have four different bridal gowns: the “OH Mama that is a big skirt , the “Slim, and Elegant, You wish you had the figure to pull this off”, the “Hey this could be an older bride, vow renewal or second wedding fringed knee-length dress” and the “Simple elegance with a unique bridal hat.” This way you can go home with the look of 4 different bridal looks. Bridesmaids dresses are: Full length gowns in sunset ombre color, a subdued gold full length, sweetheart neckline, embroidered leaf sleeved dress, deep purple flowing long gowns, and short cute country sundresses.

For the men: Jeans, button down shirt, cowboy tie, bowtie, suspenders, vest

Terms and conditions:

The cost of the ticket is non-refundable. If you find you are unable to attend for any reason, you are welcome to try and sell your ticket to someone else. We can try to help you with that, but we cannot guarantee we will find a buyer.

Photographers will be required to sign a contract agreeing to share at least one unwatermarked image from each station that we may in turn share with models and vendors. We will pass on your credit info with your pictures. This is the perfect opportunity to collaborate and network with several vendors and models.
