We brewed a basil beer 🌿. Inspired by our friend Russ Pritchard's awesome Thai Basil IPA he brought in and let us try. A very similar recipe but we lowered the abv and added a good amount of honey. Shout out to Russ for bringing us the Thai basil he grew and helping us out on brew day. You can try it out on Friday, January 23rd as Russ's band will be playing live on stage for the beer release starting at 7pm! 🍯🌿🍺🎸🎶
