Cousins Niki Russ Federman and Josh Russ Tupper are fourth-generation co-owners of Russ & Daughters and were both featured in the award-winning documentary, The Sturgeon Queens.

They’ll be in conversation with Daniel Pink, the author of seven bestselling books about business, work, creativity, and behavior, including The Power of Regret, A Whole New Mind, and When, as well as the #1 New York Times bestsellers Drive and To Sell is Human.
