Rusconi’s American Kitchen Announces Christmas Eve Prix Fixe Menu

Diners are invited to celebrate the holidays with a special Christmas Eve prix fixe menu at Rusconi’s American Kitchen. Served exclusively on Wednesday, Dec. 24, the three-course menu features the following selections:

First Course, choice of one:

Roasted Winter Squash Soup with maple leaf duck ravioli

The Simple Salad with small greens, tomato, cucumber, shaved parm, pesto and spiced pine nuts

Warm Laura Chanel Goat Cheese Salad with Baby Spinach and Frisée, oranges, spiced hazelnuts and sherry molasses vinaigrette

Wild Blue Crab and Gulf Shrimp Cake with fennel apple slaw and lobster emulsion

Boneless Beef Short Rib with butternut squash and sherry sauce

The Chef’s Caesar Salad with white anchovy, Caesar dressing, crispy prosciutto, grape tomato and arugula pesto

Main Course, choice of one:

Crispy Parmesan and Herb Risotto with roasted mushrooms, baby carrots, broccolini and mild pepper jus 

Preserved Cherry Glazed Breast of Duck with parsnip puree, roasted brussels, baby carrots and 5-spice jus

Wood Grilled Filet of Black Angus Beef Tenderloin and Wild Blue Crab with citrus emulsion, potato puree, red wine gastrique and baby carrots

Garlic and Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb with herbed yellow corn polenta, garlic confit, braised fennel, cured tomatoes and black olive

Pan-Roasted Florida Grouper with dill spaetzle, capers, tomatoes, wilted spinach and citrus emulsion

Desserts, choice of one:

White Chocolate and Grilled Peach Bread Pudding with preserved currants, candied pecans, vanilla sauce and caramel ice cream

Pumpkin Spice Crème Brûlée with candied pomegranate, citrus and salted caramel

Cranberry Cheesecake with cranberry and vanilla sauce
