Runway Readiness and Confidence: Poise & Posture

In this runway class, conducted by DonDaDa Collective at MarYSoul Studios, you’ll learn posture fundamentals to build awareness of your body, improving core and spinal alignment, and practicing short walks focusing on posture control. We’ll be offering a mix of foundational skills, advanced techniques, and performance and preparation.

This is great for dancers, models, performers, or anyone to learn a confident walk on or off stage.

Please bring a comfortable shoe and heels. Dress Code: Fitted all black.
