Fueling is an important part of training that often gets overlooked with our younger athletes. This clinic is intended to open the conversation around strong fueling habits, on and off the cross country course, that keep athletes healthy and sustained in their active lifestyles.
Seth Anderson MS, RD, LD is a licensed dietitian who will guide the conversation around fueling basics, sustaining longer activities, and other fueling topics along with our friends at the Alaska Eating Disorder Alliance. This clinic will focus on cross country athletes, but contained valuable information for parents, peers, and athletes at any stage of their training cycle.
Meet at Downtown Skinny Raven by 6p for a 5k fun run through downtown Anchorage, then we will end back at the store for the clinic at 7p. Snacks will be provided.
