Running Gait Analysis Event
Come join us at the Mankato Marathon Expo and learn all about your running gait! Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, this event is perfect for anyone looking to know more about running technique. Dr. Brenna, a physical therapist and marathoner, will be on hand to analyze your gait. You will run on the treadmill for a few minutes at a comfortable pace while Dr. Brenna records it. She will then analyze our gait in slow motion and educate you on what she finds! The entire process will take about 15 to 20 minutes, time slots are every 30 minutes to allow adequate time/leave room for questions!
