Join me (Keila) with West Coast Celiac to run or walk at the 2024 Running from Gluten 5K at Magnuson Park in Seattle. It's more fun to run/walk with friends!
More details to come, but we will meet up as a group at 9:30AM at the event and will plan to run or walk together. If there's a large enough group, we will divide up into a running group and a walking group. I will be there with my entire family, kids & dog included, as this is a great FAMILY-FRIENDLY, DOG-FRIENDLY event!
There will be *epic* food stations afterward, including a GLUTEN-FREE GRILLED CHEESE food truck by Franz!!
Other food booths include Manini's pasta & Ghostfish Brewing.
Each participant will receive a t-shirt and awesome SWAG BAG!
