RFRC Beginners Group is back for the summer!!! Whether you are new to running or coming back to running - this is for you!! Our friendly, qualified coaches will guide you through 8 weeks of graduated training up to 3 miles (5K) after which you will hopefully join one of our groups. All abilities welcome and the sessions will be adapted for all so no-one misses out! £10 for 8 weeks and then free membership for the rest of the year.
