The Helotes running community is lacing up our shoes and dedicating our miles to the memory of Carola Tolleson—a runner, friend, and beautiful spirit who inspired so many of us to keep moving, keep challenging ourselves, and give our very best.
Join us Saturday, October 10, at 7:00 AM outside Floore’s Country Store in Old Town Helotes as we come together to celebrate Carola in a way we know she would love—by running.
We’ll begin with a group prayer in Carola’s memory, followed by an easy 3-mile run/walk. Want to go farther? Keep going and dedicate every mile to Carola. �
We know this is also the morning of the Battle of Helotes. If you’re racing, join us for the prayer and then head to the starting line. Run strong, challenge yourself, and give it your very best in Carola’s honor.
Whether you run 3 miles, race the Battle of Helotes, walk, or simply come to stand with us, we would love to have you there.
Come wearing your brightest colors, bring your running shoes, and help us fill the streets of Helotes with the energy, joy, and determination Carola brought to our running family.
