If you’re after a dependable daily trainer for your slower to steady paced runs, and longer runs, the Ghost 16 is a brilliant option.
Starting and finishing at the shop, we’ll be guiding you on 7km steady run, with the option for some faster strides at the end. 🏃
Brooks tech rep, Heather, will be bringing along Ghost 16 demo shoes, as well as Adrenaline GTS 23 demo shoes (a stability option) for you to choose between. Heather will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the tech!
Brooks will kindly be providing some light refreshments post-run.
