Join the weekly RUN X SAUNA club at Rört:
Every Tuesday afternoon we run for 30 minutes and finish off with a nice social sauna for 40 minutes.
Running tempo:
Will be adjusted to the group - so you dont need to be a super fast runner. And if you are fast, you can simply team up with another person and run ahead of the group.
PRACTICAL INFO
- Meet up at Rört 5-10 minutes before 17:30
- 17:30 we leave from Rört
- 18:00 ish we are back at rört and go in the sauna until 18:40
WHAT TO BRING:
Clothes & shoes for the run.
Bring your your own towels and the amount of clothes you feel comfortable with.
Be aware that some people might feel comfortable in a sauna without wearing clothes.
***OBS: It is not possible to go in the sauna unless you also join the run.

Rört-members: 40 DKK
Non-members: 80 DKK
