RUN WITH EAST

Whether you’re a seasoned runner or a beginner, this event welcomes all levels.

Led by professional teaching from Kayan and Swift Sports Club, this event will guide you through a blend of exercise and socialising, making it a great way to connect with fellow runners and fitness enthusiasts. Experience the beauty of Hong Kong Island East night, connect with the community, and leave feeling refreshed and energised.

Capture pre-run shots for fun, then optionally continue with the unique post-run "Wellness moment with nooci" — a restorative session guided by a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner to recharge and balance.
