About this Event
Run Thornhill Run is a 2k fun run around Highbury Fields for children and their parents/carers. It raises essential funds to support the schools thriving enrichment programme on a Friday afternoon.
Run skip or walk the 2k. Children will be grouped according to their school years and the group runs will be staggered to avoid overcrowding.
Registration will be from 10am at the school desk in the middle of the lower field at Highbury. The runs will start at 10.30 and our wonderful warm up leaders Liz and Kerry will keep the children occupied with stretching and warming up until the start of their race.
This year we will be running with 20 other Islington schools making this the biggest event to date as part of the larger Run Kids Run charitable organisation.
Once you have bought your tickets please forward the sponsorship link to as many people as you can. This year it is a group sponsorship page.
Order T shirts and water bottles from Eventbrite and we will hand out in the playground the week before the run. All profits from these sales will go towards the schools enrichment programme.
