Run The Maine 2023

Set in the heart of the Victorian Goldfields, the 15th edition of Run The Maine returns and once again, we’ll start and finish — under the lights, at Castlemaine’s historic Camp Reserve.

Run one of our 3 exciting courses, including; An exclusive half marathon from Maldon to Castlemaine (participants take the steam train out to the start line). A challenging 10 km bush loop through the Walmer Forest and a rewarding all-abilities 5 km run that takes in Castlemaine's beautiful botanic gardens.

Bib collection from 1.15 pm

Grainger Legal Half Marathon 21 km departs from Castlemaine at 2.05 pm (free steam train transfer). Race starts from Maldon at 3.05 pm

Heighton 10 km Run — From Castlemaine 4.25 pm

Remplan 5 km Run — From Castlemaine 4.40 pm

Presentations — 6.00 pm
